Training and building a highly specialized workforce is always our utmost priority.
Junior Barista
Training on fundamental knowledge of Espresso coffee control. Students will be equipped with a solid foundation on espresso machines, precise extraction techniques, and basic milk frothing art.
Senior Barista
Advanced extraction control training, hand brewing, and cupping. At this level, baristas will dive deep into V60 pouring skills, flavor analysis through cupping, and a clear understanding of the impact of variables on coffee flavor.
Key Team / Master
After passing periodic tests organized by the training department, baristas will be carefully selected to join the Key Team, holding key positions in the store, as well as receiving intensive learning benefits to become Specialty coffee Masters.
